Hurrah, Easter is almost here! I can’t wait to tuck into my Malteaster easter egg (confession – I may have already eaten one of my chocolate bars to help me cope with getting up an hour earlier after the clocks went forward this week!) and enjoy a super long weekend.
I’ve already made you Creme Egg Pizza, Creme Egg cookies, Carrot Cake cookies, and a Pastel Rainbow Cake! Not to mention last year’s Creme Egg Chocolate Caramel Shortbread… I hear some of you might have liked those?!
Since we’re super close to Easter now, let’s finish with some delicious, and ultra cute Easter White Chocolate Bark! It’s incredibly impressive for SUCH little effort – and I bet kids would just love it.
First, we’ll melt some white chocolate. I like to use tesco or sainsburys basics range chocolate, and I melt in the microwave on 20 second bursts, stirring between each one, until it’s completely melted and smooth.
You can scale this recipe up or down according to how much bark you’d like to make. Up to 400g should fit comfortably on one medium sized baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).
I used:
- 200g white chocolate (I like everyday value or other supermarkets own brand)
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Hoppy Bunny
- Cadbury Mini Eggs
- Tesco Mini Egg
- Smarties Eggs
- Easter sprinkles (including the cute bunnies! BTW the bunnies have actual FACES!) – I got these from Home and Bargains
Happy Easter everybody!
x Kerry

Just so cute Kerry, those sprinkles are adorable! I know a lot of girly girls that would love this bark. So much better than a generic chocolate egg!
