Easy No Bake Nutella Chocolate Bark
Prep time
Total time
  • 250g chocolate (you can use milk, plain or white)
  • 3 heaped tbsp nutella
  • Three Ferrero Rocher
  • A handful of hazlenuts
  • Sea salt, if desired
  1. First, prepare a baking tray by lining it with tinfoil or parchment paper and setting it aside. Next, melt your chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave - use 30 second increments, paying especially close attention if it's white chocolate, and stir every 30 seconds.
  2. Set the chocolate aside for a moment while you prepare the nutella - it needs to be very runny (it may already be if it's a really warm day). Ensure the foil is completely removed from the rim of the glass, and then microwave the nutella for 20 - 30 seconds until it's runny.
  3. Pour the chocolate onto the parchment or tinfoil tin, and spread it into a large but thick rectangle with the back of a spoon. Then, spoon on 3 heaped tbsp of Nutella, and begin swirling the chocolate and nutella together until the nutella is distributed across the bark (with a rim of just chocolate at the edge).
  4. Sprinkle the top with chopped up Ferrero Rocher and hazlenuts, plus flakes of sea salt. And anything else your heart desires!
  5. Pop into the fridge or freezer until completely set (about 1-2 hours in the fridge or 20 mins in the freezer), then cut up into pizza style chunks, so each piece has a sturdy bit of edge chocolate. Store in the fridge.
