Next, pour the double cream into a saucepan and start to heat gently. Add in five chopped up mars bars. Stir as they slowly dissolve into the cream - which will take 10 - 15 minutes.
Let the mixture cool before pouring it into the ramekins. Top each mousse with a slice of mars bar. Pop the mousses into the fridge to cool completely, which will take up to two hours.
