Life Lately

July 18, 2015 By Kerry Cooks 1 Comment

Why hello! You may have noticed that Snapshots from my week has disappeared – sorry about that! Some weeks it was getting too much to ALWAYS have three posts and I thought about it and realised that I write this blog to make me happy, not to stress me out, so I’m trying to take a more relaxed approach.

BUT obviously there’s still a whole lot of deliciousness coming your way.

Instead of the weekly life posts, I thought I’d do one fortnightly or even once a month, depending on how I’m feeling and how many cute photos I’ve taken of my cats!

I made rainbow cookies – what do you think? I’ll share the recipe soon but they are a bit of a faff.

Speaking of rainbows, the weather’s been pretty nice lately, so we’ve been hanging out in the garden a lot.

I’m still eating these delicious protein muffins every morning for breakfast! They’re so simple – just whizzed up banana with cinnamon, vanilla protein powder and a bit of water or yoghurt, and then chopped nuts and jumbo oats. And yes those chunks are dark chocolate!

Hey Kerry lovely photos as ever.

Glad to hear you’re taking it easy and doing what’s right for you. I’ve also gone through the dreaded blog stress a few times and just had to take a step back. No matter how often you post we’ll all be here eagerly waiting 🙂
