It’s like a peanut butter cup, but S’mores! Creamy, delicious milk chocolate, marshmallow, crumbly digestive biscuit, all melding into one amazing mouthful.
THESE are maybe my favourite thing I’ve made this year…. so far! Or wait, it’s a tie with these.
Simple is just BEST, isn’t it? Creamy, delicious milk chocolate, marshmallow, crumbly digestive biscuit, all coming together into the most amazingly poppable treat ever!
These amazing No-Bake Chocolate S’mores Cups have only three ingredients – chocolate, marshmallow and digestive biscuits! They take about ten minutes to make and are seriously easy.
I’d seriously rather have one (okay, several) of these than any fancy-schmancy mousse cake or other elaborate concoction for dessert.
These addictive treats start with melted chocolate – I love to use Callebaut milk chocolate – it tastes SO good and is really good value when you buy in bulk too!
We make the cups by spreading melted milk chocolate into fairy cake cases, then topping that with crumbled digestive biscuits and marshmallow fluff! Then everything gets topped with more chocolate for the perfectly self-contained s’mores treat. π
- 250g milk chocolate
- 7 digestive biscuits
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff - you'll use about 12 tsps worth
- mini marshmallows
- Get a 12 hole muffin tin ready by popping a small fairy cake case into each hole.
- Next, melt your chocolate in a large heatproof bowl in the microwave, on 30 second intervals. Use a teaspoon to spoon about two teaspoonfuls on the bottom of each case. Then, use the teaspoon to push chocolate up the side of the cases about 1.5cm of the way up - add more chocolate if you need to. Pop the cups into the fridge for a couple of minutes and while they're chilling, crumble the digestive biscuits.
- Next, spoon a teaspoonful of fluff into each chocolate cup and top with about the same amount of digestive biscuits. Follow that with a tablespoon more of milk chocolate (pop it back into the microwave for a minute if it's gone a little hard), using the tip of the spoon to cover all of the fluff and biscuit. Top each cup with mini marshmallows and put them into the fridge to set, they should be completely firm in about 30 minutes.
Keep your S’mores cups in the fridge for a nice crisp snap to these chocolate cups, or keep them out at room temperature for more melty goodness…. a couple of these in a bowl topped with vanilla ice-cream? Heaven.

Will it be less effective if I use cooking chocolate?β¨
Hey Maisie – you should generally never use cooking chocolate, it’s really bad tasting stuff in my experience. I normally use tesco (or whatever supermarket) everyday value chocolate which is much cheaper than cooking chocolate but tastes really good
What a treat! I’ve never actually tried smore’s, but with chocolate+biscuit+marshmallow, what’s not to love!!
