Happy Friday, lovely readers! Today I’m not at work as it is my other half’s birthday (Happy Birthday Lee!), so we’re off for a day out! We’re going to see Before Midnight (have you seen Before Sunset and Before Sunrise? Magical) and have a lovely lunch out at a french restaurant. Hopefully the forecast rain won’t put too much of a damnper on things!
Here are a few snapsnots of my last week – as ever, you can find me on instagram if you’re on there – username kerryedwards. Please leave your username in the comments so I can follow you too!
As you can see, I got up to some relaxing (ooo), got a new cat make-up bag from Primark, made some cheesecake lime coconut bars AND some giant chocolate chunk cookies, and received an amazing amazing (double amazing) engagement present.
Here’s a bigger picture – we’re immortalised in cross stitch form, even Marty and Milo!! It was stitched by my talented friend Emma and we love it.
Also this week, Marty had a serious derp moment when he got his tongue stuck outside his mouth when he saw a fly on the window. D’oh!
I rounded off the week with a lovely veggie burger with Edward in Alley Cafe in Nottingham, which is a great vegan and veggie food spot.
Have a wonderful weekend, friends! I’ll be entering the Great Beeston Bake-Off – wish me luck! I am making mini versions of my rainbow cake (providing all goes to plan!). Are you baking or creating anything?
