Happy Friday readers! How has your week been?
This week has been a fun one! I made a delicious veggie cottage pie topped with sweet potato and regular potato mash. This week a lot of Christmassy items appeared in our local supermarket! What do you think about this readers? I for one adore Christmas but it is a little early to be thinking about it right now… quite exciting though!
I am happy there’s a chill in the air though, as I’ve been enjoying porridge every morning for breakfast with blueberries – delicious! Its great with pumpkin too.
We took the derpiest ever picture of Marty this past weekend, so here it is in its full size glory! His tongue somehow got stuck outside his mouth…
More tasty food – I made a yummy quorn chicken, veggie and feta enchilada for dinner, as well as baking up some apple chips. I also did some shopping in Cath Kidston for birthday presents and thrifting – I got some nice vintage plates!
I also made a tasty pumpkin chocolate chip bread cake which was delicious, and had a lovely evening on Wednesday at City WI – we were being taught how to crochet – lots of fun!
What are you up to this weekend readers?
