Stop what you’re doing and look at this!

Does confidence really bring success? And are young people today being taught to have an inflated sense of their own self-worth?

Catmoji – a social network for cats has just launched. Will your feline friends be signing up?

Being good this January? If you can’t give up cake, this sour cream bundt cake has just half the fat of a normal bundt cake

T-minus 9 days till Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosting the Golden Globes. This is gonna be awesome!

Consumption of sugar went up by a third between 1990 and 2000 in the UK, mainly because its finding its way into more and more of our foods, sweet and savoury

Great ideas for super healthy recipes from A Beautiful Mess

On the other hand, maybe January is no good time to be good at all? It’s dark, its cold, its wet. You deserve a cheesecake brownie!

What’s in a name? Vintage baby names like Violet and Alfie are making a comeback in the UK

I’ve often wondered – do those people who rent out billboards or start websites dedicated to finding themselves a job ever actually get one?

A set of islands off the coast of Vietnam are earning themselves a reputation as the new Bermuda Triangle… Oooh I LOVE mysterious happenings!

LOVE the cats in a box! Thinking I am going to get ours a couple for while we’re away, any other ideas how to keep them entertained for 2 1/2 weeks? We have a very kind offer to feed them every day so at least they don’t have to go to the cattery, but I worry they will get bored and lonely ๐Ÿ™

Maybe check out amazon – I think you can get various toys that stimulate them while you’re out. Plus don’t forget that cats sleep 16 hours a day naturally! And I’m sure the people feeding them will hang out with them for a bit ๐Ÿ™‚

Love this week’s round-up, Kerry! I am eagerly awaiting Amy P’s and Tina’s hosting! I also think that cheesecake brownie sounds delish, as does the lower-fat sour cream bundt cake.

I love Tina Fey…she’s smart, funny and more than a little attractive. She makes you want to throw out your contact lenses….love the cat poster. dragged it to my photos…so cute.

That’s weird, I read yesterday that Meryl Streep and George Clooney are hosting the Golden Globes? Perhaps they are sharing, x

Maybe they’re presenting an award at it?

Yes, I misread it, they are simply 2 of the many presenters. Xx
