Happy Tuesday! It’s pretty cold and icy where I am, so it’s another week of taking the bus rather than cycling to work! Although that does have two positives – my hair looks more alright than normal, and I’m ploughing through my book on the Mitford girls!
Today I’m wearing a white cut out top, red cardigan and floral skirt – I was being brave and trying to introduce a bit of spring to my wardrobe even though its freezing outside!
I am wearing – skirt – urban outfitters, top – new look, cardigan – primark
I got photobombed by Marty!
Have a wonderful Tuesday

What a nice wintery outfit…love the pattern on the skirt…reminds me that spring will eventually come. You’re reading about one of my favorite authors and her sisters…Nancy Mitford is a wonderful writer. Selina Hastings wrote the best bio on her. She was a fascinating woman madly in love with a man she positively lived for who didn’t quite love her back in the same way. Heartbreaking really since she was so successful professionally but tormented in love. Have you ever read Love in a Cold Climate? Wonderful novel by her and her nonfiction also is stellar…you’d like Voltaire In Love I bet. I think you’re pretty as a picture and I missed ‘What I’m Wearing’ last Tuesday.
Thank you Susannah! I appreciate the recommendation, and will add love in a cold climate to my 2013 reading list! I’m only a third of the way through the book but I can’t believe what these Mitfords are getting up to!
They are quite the tribe.
The other novel by Nancy I recommend is The Pursuit of Love. You can get that and Love in a Cold Climate in paperback together. That’s what I have π
Love the skirt, Kerry!
Thanks! π
You look lovely as always π
Thank you mama!
